Itinerant Urban Poster Exhibition
In recent months, I have intensified the production of artistic posters displayed in various cities, particularly London and Milan. These interventions inhabit a hybrid space between urban art and street art, forming a kind of open-air itinerant exhibition. The works engage directly with the urban fabric and the casual passerby, inviting reflection on contemporary issues.
Themes: The Monkeys and Social Questions
A growing hallmark of my work is the recurring presence of monkeys—symbols of our human condition—grappling with social, ethical, and cultural issues. These figures act as both ironic and tragic mirrors of society, prompting questions about collective behavior and the paradoxes of modernity. The artworks depict moments of conflict, contemplation, and awareness, suspended between instinct and reason.
Artistic Study and Research
Alongside my urban production, I continue a classical study of drawing, with particular attention to anatomy and composition. I have also delved deeper into art history, focusing on the late Renaissance—a period where the tension between idealization and realism translated into powerful human expressiveness.
Project: SOCIETY
Another thread of my work is the chapter titled SOCIETY, an artistic reflection on the dehumanization of man and his marginalization in contemporary society. Through the human face as a symbolic field, I explore how features, expressions, and distortions become visual codes representing alienation, the loss of identity, and the search for a new human and collective balance.
Summary
These recent experiences mark an evolution in my artistic journey—between aesthetic research, social engagement, and urban dialogue. The city itself becomes the museum, the poster the medium of communication, and the observer an integral part of the artwork.
